  • Position Description

    - Senior Performance Analysts deploy rigorous analytics services that drive program insights and continuous optimization.

    - They are part of a multifaceted team who work closely with other analysts and program managers.

    - Performance Analysts encounter different analytic problems and provide unique and effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

    • Work directly with internal stakeholders and the client to understand business objectives
    • Identify analytical methodology
    • Leverage analytical tools to perform analysis
    • Play a supporting role to team leader by customizing analytical projects
    • Present analysis findings and recommendations to Serco stakeholders and the client


    • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in analytics
    • Working experience with SQL
    • Hands-on experience with statistical programming packages
    • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize responsibilities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Keen problem-solving and trouble-shooting abilities; high level of accuracy and attention to detail
