  • Position Description

    - The Lead Performance Analyst translates program and client needs into quantitative analysis initiatives, executes on analytics plans and communicates results back to relevant stakeholders with insights and recommendations.

    - Deep experience in advanced analytics and measurement is required.

    • Consult with internal stakeholders and client on business problems
    • Develop various analytic or predictive models, managing projects with other analysts as necessary
    • Identify data needs and formulate data solutions
    • Consolidate and package up insights, analytic outputs, and action items into a well-organized, consumable package (MS Excel, PowerPoint, word, etc.)
    • Must be able to explain the analytic process and results to clients in a non-technical manner


    • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
    • Minimum of seven years’ experience in analytics
    • Must have experience with statistical concepts and applying statistical techniques such as regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis, factor analysis, time series forecasting, experimental design, etc. to solve business problems
    • Proficiency with analytics tools required
    • Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts
