The Assistant Project Manager manages all activities and functions within their designated function. This includes responsibility of meeting all contractual obligations from the Statement of Work, to include the coordination and facilitation of work with other functions, both local and geographically dispersed. Tasks include development, coordination, implementation, documentation and evaluation of processes, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, workflows, work standards, communication to the client and other stakeholders, oversight of coaching, mentoring, monitoring and development of each team leadership member so they are capable, engaged contributors to the success of their group, team, department, and the contract.
Bachelor's Degree (9 years relevant progressive supervisory experience may be substituted for a degree) Min Experience: 7 years relevant supervisory experience.
