  • Position Description

    This position is within a Program Management Office responsible for overseeing multiple business units and services. Primary Responsibilities: • Captures project meeting minutes and action items for tracking and reporting • Collects input and creates program reports • Manages travel requests • Acts as the primary contact, tracker, and coordinator for inter-program requests • Communicates with team members across the project to assist leadership in the coordination and execution of activities. • Communicates processes to team members • Performs other duties as necessary • Some local travel required

     

    Qualifications

    Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 0-2 years experience. • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work • Attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    Technical Competencies: • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and PowerPoint
