  • Position Description

    Serco is looking an experience assisting management or clients by analyzing and coordinating services such as client programs, human resources, budget preparation and control, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies by performing the following duties.

     

    Job Duties: 

    • Experience reviewing, preparing, developing, and modifying reports and/or client programs and policies.
    • Ability to perform clerical and administrative support tasks.
    • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. 

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Requires Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of experience, and zero (0) to two (2) years’ experience working as a Workforce Solutions or HR Specialist.
    • NACI Security Clearance required.
    • Knowledgeable of the workplace, jobs, and requirement for entry into those jobs.
    • Proficient in MS Windows and Office.
    • Able to work well with TSM/Ss and staff.
    • Able to communicate orally and in writing.
