Serco’s Compensation team plays a critical role in delivering data-driven pay decisions in support of contract proposal efforts and internal employee pay reviews, while ensuring adherence to government laws and regulations. The Compensation and Compliance Manager will be responsible for providing market salary data analyses, running reports, compiling data for audits and conducting internal audit reviews of data within our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). The ideal candidate for this position will require the ability to work at all levels in the organization, manage external suppliers, and interact with government agencies. A high attention to detail and ability to manipulate and analyze data to inform opportunities and areas of focus are crucial in this position.
