Position Description

Strong Navy or Marine Corps logistics background (e.g. former E6 or above Storekeeper, Logistics Specialist, etc.). Chemical Management Services (CMS) or Hazardous Material (HM) management experience a strong plus. Strong receipt, stow, issue, material procurement and inventory management experience. Must be a strong leader and manager with good interpersonal and organizational skills.


  • Site Manager will have full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to contract performance.
  • Perform management, organizational, business and technical leadership and services to ensure successful completion of tasks on a timely basis and within budget.
  • Site Manager will have the authority to resolve problems, allocate resources, and manage personnel and provide overall management coordination and serve as a central POC with the Government for performance of all work under the contract.
  • Manage and oversee the overall operation; make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations; interact with customers to ensure that all requirements are being met.
  • Maintain and execute the Contractor’s Quality Control (QC) Program and work is to be performed at Government spaces at NAS Jacksonville, FL.


  • Possess a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in CMS management, end to end supply chain management, warehousing, inventory management, and financial management
  • Three (3) years’ experience using a HM Tracking System equivalent to HMMS.
  • Work from Government spaces.
  • Participate in and support HM Customer Service meetings arranged by the Government, at each installation as required by the KO or designee. 
  • US Citizen
