Serco is Hiring Public Assistance Document and Training Development Specialist’s to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA) recovery initiatives in Zone 2 across the Midwest. The First Level will include professional and non-professional personnel to provide support to state, tribal, territorial local governments, and some private non-profits. Serco strives to provide support quickly and efficiently to FEMA’s mission by providing assistance to those effected by man-made and natural disasters. FEMA clearance and training will be provided to skilled individuals who have not previously supported FEMA deployments. The Document and Training Development Specialist’s are responsible for providing technical recommendations, technical editing, graphic development and formatting of PA program guidance documents.
