As the, Audio Video SME , you will be responsible for evaluating, designing, documenting, installing, implementing, testing, performing problem isolation and resolution, monitoring, tuning, setting standards and maintaining a range of Audio/Video and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) components and systems. Performs these functions per project requirements and equipment. Performs a variety of tasks to include providing client consulting and training on control, interfaces, and use of the Audio/Video and VTC equipment; researching, evaluating, and recommending new Audio/Video and VTC equipment and technologies; utilizing monitoring, performance analysis, software and hardware equipment to trouble shoot and isolate problems, gauge performance, and record activity. Devises solutions to complex operation problems within the capacity and operational limitations of installed equipment May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Works with little day-to-day direction. Position will be based out of Stuttgart, Germany.
