Serco is looking for a Senior Combat Systems Engineer to help drive the future of the Navy's shipbuilding programs.
Serco is providing support to the Navy Frigate (FFG(X)) shipbuilding program (PMS 515) and needs a Senior Engineer to help support PMS 515's mission and reduce risk of integrating a Combat Systems baseline (based on AEGIS Weapon System) with the FFG(X) overall platform baseline. This includes risk analysis, assessment of developmental systems, and developing plans for interoperability of the FFG(X) Combat System with the C4ISR baseline (i.e., CANES) and a variety of Government Furnished Equipment and shipbuilder-designed systems.
Position requires ability to work independently and think strategically to support the PMS 515 overall mission for reducing risk and executing a fast-paced Major Acquisition Program.
