Serco is currently recruiting for an anticipated United States Agency for International Development (USAID) program focused on providing Acquisition & Assistance (A&A) and Program Management (PM) training and development. Looking for a dynamic Training Logistics Manager with strong communication and coordination expertise addressing educational access and quality, coupled with superb client relations and management skills.
Full-time remote work is currently in effect due to the pandemic. When it is safe, this role will require 20% of your time working at Serco’s Herndon, VA office and/or the client site in Washington, DC.
Candidates for this position should be senior-level professionals with a proven track record of successfully managing large scale training facilities and staff. The Training Logistics Manager will be responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and evaluation of a multi-faceted training delivery program supporting an international curriculum. This individual will be required to work with various stakeholders, including high level government and USAID officials.
- Oversight and coordination of training resources and scheduling for the entire program
- Manage a significant training facility in the DC Metro area and lead the scheduling of instructors and facilitators to staff program courses
- Review participant evaluations, identify abnormalities and communicate with program management to resolve
