The FRTIB administers the Thrift Savings Plan, the world’s largest tax-deferred, defined contribution plan in support of over 6 million participants. Employees must successfully complete 4 weeks of in-person classroom training, followed by 3 to 4 weeks of on-the-job training.

In the Customer Service Rep. I – Full Time role you will:
Answer calls and inquiries from the customer with concerns and questions. Facilitates resolution to routine problems. Maintains customer information in computer system. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
