Serco is seeking a dynamic Leader to support our NAVSEA Contract with their Surface Ship Modernization Program which leads and integrates all surface ship modernization policy, planning, and execution. Our team is responsible for the integration of surface ship modernization and manages modernization planning and execution. As the ship platform manager, this program oversees all facets of surface ship modernization advanced planning of surface ship availabilities, integration of new technologies, the overarching contract strategy, and planning yard functions.
You will be a part of a nice size team that works closely with our Customer and other Serco teams to deliver quality systems. Bernerd Zwahlen has led this team for more than 5 years; he possesses 20 years of experience supporting shipyard modernization; and is a Navy veteran. This team has been recognized by the Navy and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract and program.
