Military Analyst – Fleet Liaison


If you love high profile and challenging programing projects supporting the US Navy- Serco is seeking motivated individuals to join our Integrated Cyber Security team to provide Engineering Support Services to our client’s program within PEO IWS 5.0 at the Naval Sea Systems Command, located at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC or Groton, CT.   Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact towards our military defense and safety of our sailors.


The program supports the development of USW combatant capabilities, Theater USW Command capabilities, and TANG events. Systems support will include Acoustic Rapid Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Insertion (ARCI) hardware updates and USW Advanced Cross-platform Build (AxB), software capabilities, development of innovative USW tools and techniques (including agile architectures) as well as technical assistance for the software development, integration, test, cyber, and evaluation of the AxB capabilities throughout the build test-build development process.


In this role, you will:

  • Support being a Fleet Liaison and performing analysis of Fleet requirements.
  • Be part of a team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams to deliver quality systems.
  • Perform technical and administrative analysis of fleet requirements.
  • Report results of analyses.



To be successful in this role, you will: 

  • Have an active or current DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Have Bachelor’s Degree in discipline involving significant quantitative analysis.
  • Have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Have Military or DoD Civilian experience involving Undersea Warfare Operations.
