Position Description

The responsibilities for this position involve developing and coordinating workforce competency models and certification requirements. The position also involves supporting the development, collection, and coordination of Defense Acqusition University Course content for T&E and Engineering Functional Areas. Supports technical efforts and demonstrates mature judgement required to interface with external stakeholders and senior Government personnel.

Qualifications

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Bachelors degree in a discipline that is relevant to the technical work
  • Minimum of 8 years of related technical work experience
  • Experience in developing and implementing new workforce development concepts
  • Experience in T&E or Engineering workforce development efforts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and writing) skills
