Serco IP Services, part of Serco North America, is seeking a Business Analyst for Intellectual Property Services (IPS) and Records Services (RS) who supports multiple patent processing lines of business.
The Technical Writer will gather information from users, developers, and other stakeholders to document software feature requests and proposed software functionality, ensuring effective communication across stakeholder groups so that the end product meets user needs. The ideal candidate would operate effectively independently within a cooperative team environment. This is an ideal job for a candidate who would like to make significant contributions to the patent industry while working in a hybrid/remote work environment based in the beautiful surroundings of the Shenandoah Valley in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
