Position Description

The Rsam Developer, reliable and self-sufficient, will join a small team performing development and configuration of a well-established Rsam instance.  This is a full-time, 100% remote position.  Direct and frequent collaboration with the client group and other Serco team members is required to deliver a quality system and experience for the end-user customer.

 

The position will support a large commercial organization with Rsam implementation, which provides assistance with several aspects of the organization from GRC Requirements to Vulnerability Management and Third-Party Management System.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Design, implement, and test custom-built Rsam modules
  • Experience and a solid understanding of IT Risk Management (NIST CSF, 800-53, etc.)
  • Strong technical ability, effective task management skills, analytical, and effectively communicate
  • Maintain security documentation and able to bridge the gap between technical details and a non-technical audience
  • Identify production and non-production application issues, develop solutions, and implement necessary changes
  • Demonstrate analytical problem solving and troubleshooting ability
  • Perform design reviews of technical implementations
  • Comprehensive writing skills to create necessary documentation and reports for internal and external parties

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Two (2) - Four (4) years of experience configuring and implementing Galvanize’s Rsam platform

Additional desired experience and skills:

  • CISSP Certification 
  • Experience in the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) field
  • Prior system integration or system deployment work
