Position Description

Serco is looking for top talent to join our team! We are looking for a mid-senior level Billing Specialist. This role calls for a well-rounded performer who thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Key attributes we are seeking for this role include both the willingness to dig deeply into details, as well as the ability to assess the big picture. This is a hybrid on site and remote opportunity.

 

In this role you will:

  • Calculate and prepare final project invoices, including necessary invoicing schedules and back-up data.
  • Review organizational billing practices to ensure invoice accuracy within contractual terms, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and DCAA requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze schedules for accounts receivable and unbilled receivables.
  • Prepares and processes final invoices utilizing both a CACW and CCR method.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

Bachelor`s degree and 5-10 years. Years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

 

Required experience and knowledge:

  • Collections
  • Account Analysis
  • WAWF

 

Desired experience:

  • CostPoint
  • Impromptu
