Serco supports the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, a federal agency within the United States Department of Health and Human Services that administers the Medicare program and works in partnership with state governments to continue supporting eligibility determinations for consumers purchasing health insurance through the Federal Health Insurance Exchanges. 

 

You will be part of a 100+ member team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams to deliver quality systems. The team has received an Excellent rating and has been recognized by the Department of Health and Human Services for their outstanding contributions to the contract and program.

 

In this role you will;

 

  • Perform both new functional and regression tests using automation tool.
  • Identify, analyze and report issues for follow-up.
  • Perform testing on both front end and back end systems.
  • Perform Gap Analysis on requirements.
  • Document and prioritize defects and work with the team to resolve
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and general test strategies.
  • Develops, publishes and implements test plans.
  • Develops, maintains, and upgrades automated test scripts and architectures for application products.
  • Writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing.
  • Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports.
  • Run test validations at various levels including DB validation, logging validation, and UI validation.
  • Be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Perform a variety of tasks.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

  • Expertise developing, writing scripts with Selenium.
  • Experience working in an Agile project team (Project Manager, Designers, Developers, Scrum Master & other QA) in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience developing Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Data based on the requirements
  • Experience with SQL scripts, creating test data, validating test results.
  • Experience with Jira.
  • Masters degree or years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • 5+ years of QA automation experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in US.

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $82,992.00 to $124,800.00; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
