The Surface/Subsurface Project Manager will lead our dynamic team in Charleston, SC.
You will lead a team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams to modernize C4I systems on US Navy ships and submarines
In this role, you will:
• Manage project(s) and related task orders for customer(s) with revenue ranging from $3 - $15M
• Conduct cost management through continual cost control and review
• Support business development and budgetary responsibilities
• Provide expertise to customers to ensure resolution of issues
• Utilize your advanced knowledge and understanding of work project(s) and functions
• Manage a team of employees
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• BS/BA Degree
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance
• Ten (10) years of direct work experience with surface ship C4ISR installations that includes:
o Eight (8) years of direct work experience in managing or performing the design, implementation, testing, inspection, logistics, resource management, and completion of C4ISR system installation efforts for US Navy surface ships and/or submarines
o Four (4) years as manager of shipboard and/or submarine installation projects involving multiple systems and in performing tasks to include: Supervising Project Personnel, Scheduling Work, Writing Proposals and Preparing Bids, and Equipment and Material Logistics Control.
