Serco has a great opportunity for a Program Manager who has experience providing support services to the U.S. Navy in Washington DC. The Program Manager will deliver critical Fleet support to ensure surface ships meet all current and future mission requirements.
Serco supports the US Navy as a prime for their Ship Maintenance and Modernization contract which integrates maintenance strategies, modernization plans, training needs, and technical, logistics, and programmatic efforts to best manage the lifecycle of U.S. and partner Navy surface ships and systems from fleet introduction through transfer to disposal.
You will manage a 12-member team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams to provide management oversight in Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) efforts across SEA21/CNRMC.
