Serco is excited to begin support to the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office. This contract provides program management support in support of the full acquisition life-cycle of the F-35 program, to include development, production, and sustainment. Our Senior Training Program Manager (FMS), located in Crystal City, Arlington, VA, supports the F-35 Training Systems (3.9). Program Management Office (PMO).The Contractor shall provide program management support to the Training Systems and Simulation PMO and their FMS Customers in the development, delivery, operation, and maintenance of all F-35 training systems, to include all Pilot Training Devices, Maintenance Training Devices, and the Joint Simulation Environment. The F-35 Training Systems are critical enablers to producing Mission Qualified Pilots and Maintainers while tracking their training status throughout the individuals’ career.
