Employs and aids in the creation of guidelines and instructions and uses many years of experience and expert judgment to train junior team members and accomplish critical task objectives.- Duties include the collection of information and data, performance of various tests, and engineering computations, measurements and analyses.  Exhibits the ability to independently perform complex data validation and troubleshooting.- Provides senior technical guidance and oversight to entry level technical staff and serves as Technical Leader over technical projects.- Has frequent independent interaction with customers and provides input to project managers on programmatic and technical deliverables.- Provides input and support to intra-organizational proposal development efforts. Will have exposure to and provide inputs to inter-organizational technical and business development activities.- Complies with applicable quality and security procedures in the performance of duties.
