NAVSEA Project Manager for Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) Program If you love high profile and challenging programing projects supporting the US Navy - Serco has a great opportunity for you!  As a Project Manager, you will work with numerous entities within NAVSEA to support the development of policies and procedures for the fielding of a new state-of-the-art condition-based maintenance software program for Navy’s Enterprise Remote Monitoring (eRM) program in surface ships.  This position will help integrate the numerous stakeholders involved in creating a new Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) program that will replace the legacy Integrated Condition Assessment System (ICAS). Serco supports the Navy as a prime for their SEA 21 Professional Support Services contract which supports the life cycle of all non-nuclear surface ships.  You will be part of a large SEA 21 support team that works closely with the customer and other contractor teams working with NAVSEA.  This position works in direct support of the Readiness and Sustainment Major Program Manager and will coordinate closely with multiple government representatives from NAVSEA Staff.  Additionally, this position works closely with other contractors supporting CBM+ and eRM efforts.  As a Project Manager you will prepare documents and presentations in support of communications with program personnel, contractors, and senior leaders. Primary work location in the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC area with possible travel as required to meet project and schedule needs.
