Ensure contractual requirements are met and customer financial deliverables are accurate and on time.- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis on the contract as requested by PMO and others.- Monitor funding status, providing reliable and timely notification of funding status by line item detail as required.- Support accounts receivable as required during the billing processing. Monitor billing status and unbilled issues, working with Finance, Contracts, Accounting and PMO to resolve issues in a timely manner.- Prepare subcontractor and vendor accruals as services/goods are received in accordance with GAAP and internal policies to ensure that the project´s cost/commitment is accurately captured and reported internally and externally.- Ensure program revenue and profit is recorded in compliance with the EAC.- Analyze profit risks and opportunities and advise management on the optimal path forward.- Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley, FAR and all company policies and procedures as they related to contract performance and financials.- Provides guidance to less experienced Project Controllers.- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Bernerd Zwahlen is the senior manager for the team; he possesses many years of experience supporting shipyard modernization and is a Navy veteran. This team has been recognized by the Navy and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract and program. The Military Analyst will coordinate and implement all technical efforts to support the pre-planning and execution of NAVSEA LCS modernization and maintenance availabilities. This includes identification and integration of alteration work packages, repair work, work specifications, design requirements, alteration material requirements and identification of all required Integrated Logistics Support (ILS). The military analysist must be self-motivated and able to work with limited direction and resources to produce final products and is well versed in the navy shipboard availability planning and execution process, preferably with a LCS background.  Should be able to anticipate future requirements and recommend the feasibility of new and innovative approaches to solve problems.
