In this role you will:- Work with the ship design team to ensure timely submission of technical requirements. - Review written ship specifications for compliance with basic rules of specification writing and check for spelling, punctuation, and grammar issues. - Determine which items which are ready for technical review from those which need returned to the writers for significant compliance issues based on compliance with specification rules. - Ensure that final documents are formatted in a consistent manner compliant with customer standards.- Aid in running comparisons between similar documents to highlight what information might be missing from the newest version, or what information is new to the design.- Be required to track the stage of review and review status for approximately 200 documents through multiple review stages and ensure timely flow of work.- Ensure version control of documents is properly maintained and that documents are organized and available to the team. - Act as a database entry specialist following approval of a ship specification to ensure that the specifications are entered into a Requirements database along with lists of deliverables and other relevant documents. - Ensure that linkages between these documents, as determined by the technical team, are created, and will track concerns raised by the technical community. - Provide outputs from the database to support, development of linkages and to support technical reviews of deliverables.

Purpose of the Job:- Responsible for the coordinated management of multiple related projects, and ongoing operations support at 5 Wing - Goose Bay. You will be part of a 11-person Business Financial team consisting of senior, mid and junior level Business Financial Analysts that works closely with the customer in delivering quality products and services to the Principal Acquisition Program Manager. Responsibilities - Provides LHA(R ) Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) requirements analysis and execution support. - Prepare funding documents in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) accounting database, track the funding documents through the process to completion and Program Analyst (PA) acceptance.- Prepare and maintain multiple execution reports.- Conduct financial reconciliation. - Coordinate and track 7300 forms and Obligation Phasing Plans (OPP) from Participating Acquisition Resource Managers (PARM).
