These projects are managed by an energetic new team in IRS, the Electronic Documents Case Management Organization. They are looking for dynamic teams of about a dozen contractors to manage these pilot projects applying PMBOK discipline, developing metrics and measures for success, analyzing results from operations, and making evidence-based recommendations to approve or reject pilot programs.
