The program is a major defense acquisition program with a total life cycle cost of approximately $336B. Additionally, successful improvement of the class' capabilities is of significant political importance with Congress and OSD. The SSN(X) Office is responsible for the acquisition and design of the future fast attack submarine and for identifying, assembling, managing, directing, and coordinating the resources required for the R&D, design, construction, T&E and LFT&E of the future submarine. Team Submarine provides improved communication among the various offices that contribute to the overall success of the United States Submarine Force.  Serco-NA is seeking a motivated individual to provide acquisition program support to one of our NAVSEA customers.  Serco-NA has an opening for an acquisition management analyst to support an active contract with the U.S. Navy in the Washington, DC area.  General Duties: Commitments Team – responsible for tracking commitments in the commitment database.  A commitment is an organizational obligation to perform the actions initiated by either official correspondence or by PMS397 internal requests.  The Commitments Team is the single point of entry and closure for PMS397 commitments. Responsibilities of the commitments team: - Receive shipbuilder incoming correspondence electronically via Contractor Integrated Technical Information Service (CITIS) or via hardcopy mail for classified documentation. - Log each commitment into the commitment database (currently MS Access) using a unique commitment number.- Create an electronic file folder in Corporate Document Management System (CDMS) that contains the incoming correspondence with all enclosures, identified by the commitment number and title of the action.- Save documentation stored on CDMS Primary and CDMS NOFORN in an OCR Format.- Identify the appropriate program office Lead Engineer for the subject commitment and provide them the CDMS location.- Update the program office commitment database with the status of all reviewer actions and completion dates for the purpose of reporting status and performance metrics. - Receive SUPSHIP incoming correspondence electronically via Technical Support Management System (TSM) or via hardcopy mail for classified documentation. For Mail Action Tracking System (MATS) in TSM, download the MATS, post it to CDMS, add shortcut in associated commitment folder, provide it to the program office Lead Engineer, and enter the MATS number in the “SUPSHIP Letter” field for the commitment in the commitment database.- Serialize, distribute and archive outgoing correspondence and its concurrence Objective Quality Evidence (OQE).- Verify all route sheets are marked in at least one of the boxes for SUBSAFE, FBW SCS, MIC Level, or “None” and enter the corresponding designations in the commitment database.- Scan and store in CDMS the documentation required to be archived.- Post and link, when applicable, “For Information” submittals that have incorporated PMS397/NAVSEA comments to the associated commitment folder.- Support SDM and Project Officer oversight of program office, shipbuilder, and key stakeholders.- Distribute commitment reports to program office personnel.- For all classified/NOFORN documents associated with commitments, create an unclassified placeholder on CDMS to support location of the classified/NOFORN documents.- Other actions as directed by program office supervisor.

In this capacity, serve as a resource in both package development and in navigating the RMF process for the Team SUB enterprise.- Serve as Navy Risk Management Framework (RMF) Validator or as Navy Qualified Validators (NQVs) as defined by the NAVWAR Qualification Standard, Responsibilities, and registration Process for Navy Qualified Validators (NQV) of 4 March 2016 and SECNAVINST 5239.20A, Navy Information Assurance (IA) Program.- Independently validate cybersecurity artifacts developed by TEAM SUB Enterprise system owners (approximately 200 systems) as part of the Risk Management Framework Accreditation and Authorization process that are uploaded to DoN Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).- Organize and assist with the updating and coordination of records in the TEAM SUB Enterprise Cybersecurity portfolio of all Business Mission Area (BMA), DoD Portion of Intelligence Mission Area (DIMA), Enterprise Information Environment Mission Area (EIEMA), and Warfighting Mission Area (WMA) ashore and afloat systems.- Respond to data calls from DoD, DON, and NAVSEA organizations.- Review all system DITPR-DON and DADMS records assigned to the TEAM SUB Enterprise to validate that these systems are current and compliant with Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) applicable cybersecurity regulations, as evidenced by the FISMA Scorecard remaining in the compliant (Green) status for a combined portfolio of approximately 200 systems.- Participate in the TEAM SUB Enterprise/DON’s annual cybersecurity review of all TEAM SUB BMA, DIMA, EIEMA, and WMA Systems. This participation shall include liaison with DON and NETWARCOM personnel to review methodology, validate that TEAM SUB systems are compliant, accurate, and ready for inspection, coordinate reviews, and coach cognizant programmatic and technical personnel to help TEAM SUB personnel ensure that applicable DoD regulations identified byDoD Instruction 8500.01 and DoD Instruction 5000.02 are followed, and that TEAM SUB systems (approximately 200 systems) meet FISMA reporting and privacy requirements.- Assist in the investigation of inadvertent electronic spillages of classified information, and draft and submit reports to the ASM concerning the spillage and the impact.- Assist with the coordination of investigations with NAVSEA, Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Defense Security Service, and other authorities.- Initiate and coordinate remediation actions, and track to closure.- Educate personnel via Training, Team Talks, e-mail reminders, or using online training to prevent future spillages and recommend policy or procedural changes when needed.- Provide direct expertise and assistance to ensure that cybersecurity is fully integrated into the system life-cycles of all TEAM SUB acquisition and life-cycle maintenance platform programs in accordance with DoD Instruction 8500.01 and DoD Instruction 5000.02.
