As a Navy Business Process Analyst, you will apply your knowledge and skillsets to support the Naval Sea Systems Command’s (NAVSEA) Corporate Operations & Total Force Directorate (SEA 10)analyzing customer HR programs for process improvement opportunities at the Washingto Navy Yard located in Washington, DC. Serco supports the US Navy, NAVSEA HR and Command Administration Center, which provides the highest quality of administrative services with timely results, relieving our Sailors and service employees of administrative burdens to keep them focused on the command mission of delivering fully capable strategic deterrent assets back to sea on-time. In this role, you will:- Provide subject matter expertise as part of our team- Work closely with SEA 10 leadership and staff, project managers, stakeholders, and analysts- Lead process improvement initiatives, workshops, and focus groups across the organization to include senior leadership, subject matter experts, and process owners using Lean Six Sigma methods and tools- Meet with subject matter experts within and across the organization to gather process information and requirements to include policies and existing metrics- Identify and prioritize process improvement needs and identifying stakeholders and process owners,- Document current state processes and working with process owners to design and/or improve HR processes and determining opportunities and requirements for automation- Analyze and improve existing or develop new metrics to understand and improve current state processes- Communicate process flows and requirements to staff as part of procedural training- Analyze workload and workforce requirements using Serco processes and tools- Analyze HR data from various authoritative systems- Assess overall HR program performance
