"This position is contingent upon contract award"  If you enjoy direct support to very senior leaders in Defense Health making decisions that impact policy, operations and health readiness this position may be for you. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) is looking for support for analytical and project management support for executive decision making.  You will be part of a 10-person team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams to deliver effective management plans, authoritative analysis, and “speed to decision” for very senior leaders.  This is a new opportunity, so you will not be picking up someone else’s work.  Your team will define this process along with the customer. In this role you will:- Provide process infrastructure support to U.S, Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) in executive-level mission support, research and analysis, program evaluation, and objective-based modeling for effective and timely decision-making support- Serve as Functional Analyst/Project Coordinator with responsibilities to include supporting the analysis, design, implementation, and support of new processes for customers- Support Requirements definition and documentation- Assist with functional and process analysis and documentation- Assist with planning and implementing functional solutions- Assist with testing the completed solution against the functional requirements- Train customer on new processes
